Are you a passionate person who is looking to be a part of a NYC start up company? Do you love (with a capital “L”) to shop, especially online? If so, we’re interested to meet you!
Business Overview:
STELLAService helps distinguish online businesses with the best customer service while simultaneously helping consumers make better purchasing decisions by enhancing the transparency of online service performance.
Job Description:
We are looking for someone to help us shop and purchase hundreds of products from select online retailers. We give you a company credit card and some brief direction, and it’s up to you to select and purchase the products. When the packages arrive, you will be asked to collect certain data and analyze certain aspects about the shipping and delivery process. It’s hard to imagine a job more fun than this for someone who likes to shop online.
Responsibilities:
- Order hundreds of products from select online retailers
- Accept packages, collect data, and assist in proprietary analysis
- Help execute company social media plan (blog, twitter, facebook)
Requirements & Skills:
- Genuine interest in e-commerce
- Loves to shop online
- Extremely detailed and analytical
- Extremely organized
- Accountable
- Ability to think outside the box in order to challenge paradigms
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
